Instructions: Wash chicken well, marinade with lime juice and salt for 1 hour and wash the chicken again. Immerse the whole chicken in half saucepan of water with the cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and rampe. Add salt and boil the chicken until it is tender. Leave it to cool. Cooking of rice Cook the washed and drained rice with the stock and the additional water upto 1 ½” above the rice level. Filling Cut the chicken into normal serving pieces. Sprinkle chicken with the seasonal flour. Heat the butter, fry the bacon then remove the bacon from the pan into the bowl. Fry the onions then add prawns, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Next add the fried bacon and chicken from the bowl and mix all the ingredients in the pan. Add ½ cup of water to moisten the mixture. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.
